Swiper no Swiping!!

The day our Kodi passed was very sad.  It wasn't the best of days to say the least.  My husband had suggested that the kids and I get out of the house and take a drive.  So, we decided to drive past the flocking that was placed the night before.

Unfortunately what we found was a big bald spot with flamingos surrounding it. 1/3 of our flamingo flock was stolen!  All the flamingos next to our fund raising sign were taken.  It was very upsetting.  Those birds aren't cheap!  So, off to buy more flamingos.  But, we were planning on expanding the flock by 50 more, so we bit the bullet and purchased the missing flamingos + 50.  Now we're broke.  :)  But, lots of flock we will have!!  Now we will be able to flock two homes a night and will hopefully "catch up"!  Or at least get really really busy!  We are currently flocking 10 days out and we receive 1-2 flocking requests just about every day.  With additional birds out I wonder what our schedule will look like then!!  Just waiting on the big brown truck with our 6 boxes of birds!!!
