It is time...

It is time to start working out and getting my butt in shape!!  During the months of Sep-Nov we were flocking every single night and getting home around midnight.  We were on the road once or twice a day with juggle of picking up flamingos and dropping off flamingos.  Thus, it was much easier picking up dinner while I was out and frankly I was way too tired to workout or eat right. 

Today is my day!  I am sporting my body bugg today and I'm ready to take on my week.  My Christmas shopping is finished, my fundraising is on hold and it is now time for me to take care of me!

My plan this week:
Drink more water (and less caffeine...)
Track my intake
Caloric deficit of 1250 calories daily
And exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY. 

I am excited to be the skinny version of me again and I am not waiting until Jan 1st to get started.
